After careful cleaning and a delicate rinse, our vegetables are prepared with an initial steam cooking in water and vinegar, a fundamental step to ensure their preservation. Once carefully dried, they release all their aromas, ready to be seasoned and enriched with the natural spices that characterize the rich land of Capitanata. They are then immersed in delicate sunflower seed oil, sealing the essence of our land in each jar.
The final phase is a careful and precise pasteurization process, which takes place in special steam boilers at variable temperatures, to guarantee you a safe, genuine and flavorful product.
